MINDFULNESS: DEFINED & DEMYSTIFIED | May 3 - May 31
A self-paced weekly course for anyone wanting to adding more informal mindfulness to their daily life.
Informal mindfulness means the practice of living with present-moment awareness in a non-judgmental way. Formal mindfulness, on the other hand, are structured practices like seated meditation.
Each week, you will receive new content in the form of videos, prompts for self-exploration, and homework.

♡ Week 3: Your Thoughts and Mindfulness
♡ Week 4: Your Relationships and Mindfulness
♡ Week 5: Your World and Mindfulness
Time Investment: Weekly videos will be 60-90 minutes long total and will include a formal meditation practice.
There is homework and it is up to you to find how much time you want to carve out whether 20-60 minutes per day
Access: The videos will not be live, but you can ask me questions on a private platform. You get to keep the course forever.
