You absolutely deserve it. Dedicate some serious time to your practice. Learn the art of getting comfortable with the uncomfortable AKA growth.

With 4+ years of experience in holding space for people to embody mindfulness-based practices, I’m excited to continue doing my work by offering retreats. Retreats are a great way to dedicate yourself to your practice. By slowing down and putting yourself into a space with no distractions to savor the movement, you may begin to see things clearer. Retreats may include yoga, sitting meditation, and walking meditation. You may opt out or in as much as you need. As with all my offerings, everything is an invitation. Sound intriguing?

Elementals

A Mini Retreat

Elementals: A Mini Retreat is for you to explore the elements through yoga, yoga nidra, and journaling.

It is important for us to feel replenished and fill our own cups, especially after such an eventful and traumatic year. Take a few hours to explore how the five elements of water, air, fire, earth, and ether can help support you as you embark on the new year with your hopes, aspirations, and dreams.

*The retreat will be held on Pacific Time.

 

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

On January 30, we will meet together to practice, reflect, and connect. First, you will be led through a yoga and yoga nidra practice themed around the elements. Then, you will have the opportunity to spend time reflecting on your relationship to the elements. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to share out and ask questions.

12-12:20 PM Introductions and intention setting  

12:20-1:50 PM Yoga + Yoga Nidra

1:50-2 PM Break

2-2:10 PM Journaling

2:10-2:30 PM Meditation

2:30-2:40 PM Share Out (Possibly breakout rooms)

2:40-2:45 PM Closing

Bonuses:

  • A workbook on embodying the elementals.

  • A video on how to find out which elements are dominant in your birth chart.

  • 5 guided meditations based on each of the elements

Things to bring:

  • Yoga mat, blocks*, and bolsters (or pillows)

  • Water or beverage

  • Journal or workbook & pen

*I have props to give away. If you’d like a set of blocks, I am more than happy to send them to you if you live in the United States.

HOW IT WORKS

After you register, you will receive a downloadable link with the Zoom information included. I will send out a reminder email the day before that will show you how to access the workbook, bonus video, and guided meditations.

The retreat will be recorded, but you are strongly encouraged to attend live. I will upload the replay within 48 hours of the retreat.
