Tarotscopes for the Full Moon in Scorpio

The Full Moon in Scorpio is coming May 7 at 3:45 AM (Pacific Time). The moon will be in Scorpio at 17 degrees in the 8th house. Wowza! That’s gotta be intense. The 8th house is of the house of the occult, mental health, death, and other people’s resources.

Quite frankly, that information alone should excite you a lot and maybe scare you a little. I have been feeling both.

The full moon is going to rock our world, as if the pandemic has not rocked it enough. I see this time as an opportunity for rebirth (Scorpio) and to be mindful of your 8th house interests. Maybe it is time to look at your finances, to grieve, or to talk to your therapist. After all, May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Some other interesting things to know is that the Moon will oppose Mercury and trine Neptune.

What happens when the Moon opposes Mercury? The Moon is where our emotions lie and Mercury is The Messenger. I urge you to be wary of what you communicate and how you communicate it. The guidelines: Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?

Ahh and there’s Moon trine Neptune. The Moon will meet up harmoniously with The Dreamer Neptune. I encourage you to practice compassion. If you are feeling hurt, I urge you to ask for help. If you are seeing hurt, I urge you to offer help. Therapy and mutual aid societies are some ways to receive/offer help. It’s easy to forget this, but we are interconnected.

If this sounds too complex, but you still want to give that is OK… You could call up a friend and sing them a song or recite a poem. Moon-Neptune has an artistic energy to it. In the spirit of practicing what I preach, I will be attending a few online mental health support groups this week.

For today’s tarotscopes, I am using The Tarot of the New Vision deck and Buddhism Reading Cards by Sofan Chan to bring you a little bit of soul nourishment. May you find a little bit of hope, and a lot of self-resolve.

My recommendation: Read for your rising sign first, and then your sun sign. Find your rising sign at AstroTheme.com.
